Analytics & session insights
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site — aggregate metrics, heatmaps and anonymised session recordings (form fields are masked by default) — so we can improve it. It runs by default; you can opt out via the cookie notice or “Cookie settings.” Clarity sets cookies (such as _clck and _clsk) and processes data as a Microsoft service under its own privacy terms. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless.
